Mr. Daniel P. McAlister, J.D., M.B.A.

Mr. Daniel P. McAlister is employee/owner of McAlister Law, A Professional Law Corporation.  After graduating from the United States Air Force Academy in 1995, Mr. McAlister earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola Marymount University in 1998 and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2008.  He served twenty years in the US Air Force and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.  During his Air Force career, he worked as an acquisition manager, responsible for contracting with US industry to develop and deliver major defense weapons systems -- mostly space systems.  Since retiring, in addition to starting a law practice and co-founding an Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) professional services firm with his wife, Mr. McAlister became a commissioned Notary Public and a licensed Real Estate Associate in California.  He also served as a federal fiduciary for the Department of Veterans Affairs.  On 6 Mar 2020, Mr. McAlister devised "humanity lawyering" ... please ask about it!
